What is SuiPlay0X1?

The SuiPlay0X1 is a first-of-its-kind handheld gaming console. It supports a wide range of PC games, as well as new AAA titles developed using Sui technology.

Is the SuiPlay0X1 built to be customizable?

The SuiPlay0X1 will be available in one standard configuration, however, the SuiPlay 0X1 will have the option to add additional storage via the microSD slot.

When will the SuiPlay0X1 be available?

We expect that the SuiPlay0X1 will be ready to ship in 2025 and will provide additional updates regularly.

What games and marketplaces will the
SuiPlay0X1 have access to?

The SuiPlay0X1 anchors on providing gamers the flexibility to play games across multiple marketplaces. More details to come on which marketplaces are available.

What is the cost of the SuiPlay0X1?

The device cost is $599 plus the cost of shipping and taxes. Users will pay full price, minus the cost of shipping & tax, as a deposit at the time of pre-order. When the SuiPlay0X1 is ready to ship, Playtron (or its fulfillment partner) will contact you to confirm the delivery address and request the final payment of shipping fees and applicable taxes.

How can I pay for the SuiPlay0X1 pre-order?

You can currently pay for the SuiPlay0X1 using SUI, SOL, and ETH. Fiat currency is not accepted for payment at this time.

Does the full amount need to be paid at the
pre-order of SuiPlay0X1?

The device's full price (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees) is due at pre-order. Tax and shipping fees are to be paid later; you will be contacted to provide payment details as the launch date approaches.

What do you receive when you pre-order?

Immediately after submitting the pre-order, you will receive an ‘Eternal’ (soul-bound NFT). This Eternal will serve as the claim for a purchaser to eventually receive the SuiPlay0X1 device, once available to ship.

If you purchase with SUI or SOL, the NFT mint will happen immediately after the payment transaction has been verified – the usual time for this is approximately 5-7 seconds for SUI and 10-12 seconds for SOL. If you purchase with ETH, the NFT mint will happen only after the payment transaction has been finalized and is non-reversible – the usual time for this is approximately 6 minutes.

What value does the pre-order
‘Eternals’ provide holders?

In addition to confirming a claim of ownership for a future SuiPlay0X1 device, the Eternal enables holders to qualify for potential future rewards.   

There are two tiers of Eternals
Mythics – Awarded to first 1K device purchases 
Exalted – Awarded to those purchasing from units 1,001+

How many devices can I pre-order?

You can pre-order up to 10 devices.

What countries do you ship to?

SuiPlay0X1 can be shipped to all countries except the following:

- North Korea
- Syria
- Russia
- Ukraine [Crimea, Donetsk, & Luhansk regions]
- China

We reserve the right to restrict geographic availability as required by applicable law or the limitations of Playtron’s fulfillment partners.

How will you contact me once the device
is ready to be shipped?

Once your device is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted by Playtron or its fulfillment partner via email to confirm your delivery address and pay for shipping and applicable taxes.

Where is my NFT?

When users create a new Playtron account during the pre-order process, a new wallet is created, using zkLogin and tied to the Playtron account. The pre-order NFT is issued into this new wallet, and is visible from your Order History on the Pre-order site. In due course we will provide information on how to access and use the Playtron wallet. This wallet will only be accessible using valid Playtron credentials created during the order process.
